At Pure & Simple, we take pride in promptly processing your order within 2 business days. Please allow us up to 4 business days to provide you with tracking information for your order.

We ship our orders via ground transportation to ensure prompt delivery. The standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that unforeseeable circumstances such as weather conditions, high volume of packages during peak seasons, or discrepancies in payment or shipping information may cause a delay in the delivery time.

We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes.

Please note that any addition duty charges, taxes, and customs charges are not our responsibility.

Kindly be informed that Pure & Simple cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Should you encounter such a rare scenario, we recommend that you directly contact the shipping provider to address the issue.

Returns

We accept domestic returns on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, altered in anyway, and still has all original tags attached, within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

We kindly ask that you wear underwear when trying on your garments for the first time.

Returns may be refused if the criteria above is not met. 

Products marked as "Final Sale" are unable to be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your items and place a new order.
